Definitions

Consulting the Website does not require registration or prior identification. It can be done without you providing any personal data (name, surname, address, etc.). We do not collect any personal data for simple browsing of the Website.

In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to data processing, files, and freedoms, you also have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting the Publisher. 

Data Deletion After 3 Years of Inactivity
For security reasons, if you have not logged into the Website for a period of three years, you will receive an email inviting you to log in as soon as possible, otherwise, your data will be deleted from our databases.

The Publisher commits not to transfer the personal data of its Users outside the European Union. The Publisher transfers the personal data of its Users to countries recognized as providing an equivalent level of protection. 

The Publisher transfers the personal data of its Users to countries not recognized by the CNIL as having an adequate level of protection: The Publisher has obtained authorization from the CNIL to proceed with such a transfer.

13- Modification of the Privacy Policy

In the event of any changes to this Privacy Policy, we commit not to lower the level of confidentiality substantially without prior notice to the individuals concerned.
We pledge to inform you of any substantial changes to this Privacy Policy and not to reduce the level of confidentiality of your data in a significant way without informing you and obtaining your consent.
