History & Vision
When Nelly founded Unique Consulting after decades in the agency world, she wanted to address a specific need: to provide tourism destinations with personalized, responsive, and human support.
In 2017, convinced that a more personalised and tailored approach was possible, she created Unique Consulting. An agency designed to unveil the uniqueness of each destination, based on sharp expertise, attentive listening, and a deep knowledge of the tourism sector.
Since then, Nelly has built a team of experts, and together, they are dedicated to fostering long-lasting relationships, crafting strategies that resonate, and turning every opportunity into success.
The Founder
Nelly Venturini has always been driven by one conviction: every destination has a unique story to tell and deserves a tailored strategy to reach its audience. After more than 15 years representing destinations worldwide – from the Maldives’ beaches to the lights of Las Vegas, including Iceland and Australia – she has built recognized expertise and a solid network in the tourism industry.
With this experience, she founded Unique Consulting with a simple idea: to offer clients more than just a package, but a true strategic and personalized immersion in the French market. Her commitment goes beyond the agency’s walls: former board member of the Visit USA in France and vice-president in Belgium, she is actively involved.
Sharing her knowledge and passion is at the heart of her journey. For several years, she was a speaker in marketing and tourism at the Lille University, helping guide the next generation of industry professionals. Today, through Unique Consulting, she continues this mission: to help her clients shine with the same dedication and passion that have always driven her.
